In all races the number of runners shall be the number of runners coming under starters orders. Bets will not be accepted where the Place stake exceeds the Win stake. Each Way doubles, trebles and accumulators will be settled Win to Win and Place to Place in accordance with the above.
Bets are settled to win unless Each Way is selected. An Each Way bet is a bet of twice the selected unit stake. It contains one bet of unit stake on the selection to Win and one bet of unit stake on the selection to be Placed according to the terms advertised for the event. In general, for UK horse racing the Place part of Each Way bets will be settled as per the following Place terms:
Place Terms

Handicaps of 16 or more runners, one quarter the odds, first four places.

Handicaps of 12 to 15 runners, one quarter the odds, first three places.

All other races of 8 or more runners, one fifth the odds, first three places.

Races of 5, 6 or 7 runners, one quarter the odds, first two places.

Less than 5 runner, the place money is invested to Win.
Each Way Extra
Each Way Extra bets are considered an offset to standard Each Way terms. In the event of non-runners, if the standard Each Way terms change, then the Each Way Extra terms will also change accordingly (including changes to the number of places available and/or the market place fraction). In the event of the number of runners in the race being equal to or less than the number of places offered at time of bet placement then bets will be void.
Additional (Boosted) Places
We may offer additional (Boosted) places on certain horse races above the aforementioned standard terms. Where we do offer an additional place(s) we reserve the right to alter the place terms from one quarter to one fifth e.g. if we offer 4 places in a Handicap race with 12-15 runners this will be at 1/5 the odds and not a 1/4. Boosted place race terms are dependent on the number of horses that are in a race at the off. In the event of non-runners and/or withdrawals we reserve the right to change the place terms offered for subsequent bets placed. In the event of the number of runners in the race being equal to or less than the number of places offered at time of bet placement then bets will be void.
Bet Boost
Bets on non-runners will be void, and when applicable Rule 4 will apply to all remaining runners based on the price of the withdrawn horse in the normal Win market (not the Bet Boost price). Our Double Result offer applies to this market.
SP of the Favourite
Joint favourites count as one price, e.g. 10/1 joint favourites count as 10/1. Results as per the Racing Post.
Match Bets and Threesomes, Including In-Play
All horses must come under starter's orders or bets are void. The horse that attains the highest finishing position is the winner (Racing Post result). Dead-heat rules apply. If both/all horses fail to finish all bets will be void and stakes returned.
Not to Win Bets
Rules are the same as normal horse racing bets with the following exceptions:

SP bets are not available.

Only available on horses which have a Win price of 8/1 or less.

Not available on 2 runner races.

Double Result concession is not applied to Not to Win bets.

Dead-heat rules apply as normal to Not to Win bets.

Multiple Not to Win bets with selections from the same race are not permitted.

Our Best Odds Guaranteed offer and Lucky 15/31/63 bonuses do not apply to Not to Win bets.
Exactas and Trifectas
Predict either the first two or first three finishers in the race in correct order. Should any Exacta or Trifecta include a non-runner the bet will be void.
